Design: Cut from soft cotton twill with a bit of stretch to hug your body just right. We used a contoured waistband for more comfort and shape around your waist. And we shaped the legs to fit with a perfect slim silhouette without looking like they were painted on.
Heads up — to keep this chino from painting your entire wardrobe, lock in the color with a quick, cold wash. Then it won’t rub you the wrong way.
Material: 98% cotton, 2% spandex. Machine wash. Imported.

Useless pockets
These pants feel really nice and would look great. I love my Lands End jeans that are a size 29, so I used the size chart and got an 8. They are definitely to big. The blue color is lovely, but I was hoping for more of a red with the raisin pair I ordered, and it is really just brown. But my big complaint is the pockets. The back pockets are completely useless and the side pockets so shallow that things constantly fall out of them.

Well made
These were well-made and a GREAT red-orange color with really soft fabric. The fit in the hips seemed perfect. However, I'm really tall and they just hit me at a weird place above my ankle. I think these taught me I'm not a cropped pant person! For someone who is an average height I would recommend these.

Adorable!
These pants are absolutely adorable and a great transition piece for spring. They look cute rolled up with ballet flats and a sweater. They do run a teeny bit big IMHO. I'm 5'5" and 145# and the 8's fit a little like a boyfriend pant would, they a little hip-slung. I probably could have gone with the 6, but I'm glad I didn't because I think they look good as-is. They're also definitely orange, not quite a safety orange, but close.

odd cut
I was really excited to receive these pants in the mail. The orange color is gorgeous in person. Unfortunately for me the cut it all wrong. I'm 5'6" and 145 lbs. My waist is 29", my hips are 38.5", and my thighs are 24" so I ordered a size 8. The waist ended up being too big for me and gapped in the back. If I sized down to the 6 though they would have been entirely too tight on my thighs seeing as they were already fitting more like a skinny jean than the cut shown on the model in the picture. So sad that I have to return them.

Whoa, these pants are ORANGE!
I have these pants in both the raisin and peacock blue and am so in love with the fit: slim in all the right places without clinging. I decided to try the orange thinking it was more of a burnt orange and telling myself I need to get out of my color comfort zone anyway. I receive it and immediately see it's MUCH brighter than the picture.. but I love the fit and the more I wear it the more the color grows on me. It's vibrant and youthful and would be perfect for spring, so these pants are staying in my closet until the weather warms up.

super comfortable
Vibrant color, soft, like-buttah fabric. Love 'em. Suggest washing inside-out - brushed finish can be a magnet for lint.

Very Slim Fitting/ Gorgeous Fabric and Color
After reading the other reviews I ordered my usual size 8. I am 5'7.5" and 150lbs with an hour glass figure. I bought two pairs of pants, one from Canvas and one from the LE site. The pants from the LE site fit like my usual size 8 however these pants were a bit snug on me. Since I am 40 and work in the school system I didn't think it would look appropriate for them to be so slim fitting. Even my hubby who typically likes clothing a little snugger on me told me I should size up. I think it is just the cut of the pant and whether or not you want any wiggle room. I bought the orange color that was gorgeous but I sent them back and will reorder one size bigger in a size 10.

Awesome Fall Chinos
These chinos are perfect for fall!! The color is a great shade of orange. They fit very well. The legs are slimmer, but not tight. I work out a lot, so I have larger thighs and calves. As a result, I cannot wear some of the straight styles. These have the slim look without being tight!

Great pair of pants... but you need to order one size down
I love the color and the feel of these pants however they are too lose on me. I bought a size 10 which is my normal size however they stretch out & become lose. I think If I would of gone one size done they would of fit perfect...They are also a bit long but I am 5 feet tall so everything is too long for me...If you are think of getting these pants you should order one size down...

Great color, quality and fit! The perfect pant!
As the regular Lands End has no size 0, I have gone to Canvas and so glad I did! They are a bit too long but otherwise the fit is GREAT! The color is beautiful and goes with so much! Great with the Canvas oxford blue shirt for this time of year. Will love it with the cardigans as the weather cools! Thanks for a great product at a fair price!
