elegant casual wear
I love this top. It has a slouchy feel, but it is an elegant linen fabric and extremely well made. I ordered an extra small--I usually wear an XS or XXS at 5' 6", 118 lb. It fits me as it does on the model.
The material is NOT sheer, but yes, you do have to be aware of what you are wearing underneath...all depending on the circumstances and occasion. For day wear, I would expect to have a cami or tank top underneath. For evening events, I'm comfortable without one.
Love the color combination too.

Great topper if it's styled differently.
Size up with this and try a white oxford underneath. It's comfortable and casual. The blue/green colors are lovely. Would not recommend wearing it w/o something underneath.

comfortable top
This is a comfortable versartile top which could be more fitted, but will be good with a vest under it.

Not What I Expected
I thought I was really going to like this shirt... Unfortunately, when I arrived I found that:
1. The fabric is thin enough that you can see my bra through it (as a faint beige "glow" -- almost worse than clearly seeing the bra...).
2. The neckline doesn't look like the picture. The picture appears to show a wider, more feminine neckline. This isn't a crew neck, but it's narrower than in the picture.
3. The fabric felt scratchy. That might have passed with a washing or two, but I don't know; it was that kind of, "there are a couple of pieces of straw hidden in this fabric somewhere" scratchy.
I'm really disappointed, and it's going back.
