Excellent suede, well-lined; I carry this everywhere.
I'm a huge leather-pouch fan (I love ones from American Apparel and Baggu plus the lunch-bags from Marie Turnor, Celine and Jill Sander) and I think this one has to be my favorite day-to-day purse bar none.
The suede is smooth, finely napped and gets softer with use. Most of the other pouches I've found aren't lined at all, whereas this one sports a slightly preppy striped cotton. The pouch comes with a long pull tab on the zipper - again, a detail that makes using it a joy. I had a sizable oil stain on my favorite (I own the Pomegranate and Washed Green) that eventually just dissipated and is completely invisible now.
It fits my keys, phone, coin purse, wallet, handkerchief, sunglasses, chap/lipstick and paperback effortlessly. Most days I can just roll down the zip-top with a quick twist of the wrist and clutch it that way - I never actually fold it down as shown on the model. I thought that not having a strap would make me "lose" it easily, but it quite conveniently tucks under an arm as well.
Can't rave enough about it. Would get the Pumpkin Spice if I could.

smaller than advertised but very pretty
I needed it for a thin file folder or two of papers, but they don't fit. The wide side is supposed to be 12 inches, but when you meausure the outside it's less than 11.75 on the outside (inside smaller); plus, the zipper does not go all the way to the ends and takes up at least 1/2 inch on each side- so that means the opening is less than 10.75 inches and I cannot fit in a normal piece of paper that is 11 inches without bending it. I'm trying to figure out another use for it or see if i mind bending papers, since otherwise i like it. it's pretty light weight which i like. spiced pumpkin is a good name for the color - it's sort of the orange color of a pumpkin but a little darker (NOT burnt orange, thank heaven). would look better with differennt proportion sides.
