I love the length!
I love the length of these swim shorts because they don't ride up on my inner thighs. I haven't worn them in the pool yet but the fit is just right and I expect them to perform well when wet.

Nice shorts, loud fabric
Shorts fit great and I felt wonderful in them.I I thought they very flattering. Hit an inch or so above my knee, perfect length. My tunic tops stayed down nicely too. No rolling or bunching up. But the fabric rustles a lot and is very loud when you walk. Definitely a swish swish noise. Embarrassing! I bought these to wear to a waterpark on vacation and I will still wear them as they give more coverage than the swim mini skirts.

Wish they were better.
Runs big. They fit fine till you get in the water. Then the leg opening seems huge. Need to be a little narrower in the legs. Ordered a size down.

Terrible fit
The shorts were big in the waist, but short through the stride and leg openings. Just an odd fit all around. If you have any curves at - these are not the shorts for you. Had to return.

almost perfect
for a woman with a not perfect body, I feel pretty good in these. though after a few wearings, either I shrunk or the shorts stretched. wish they would stay true to size. but it is far better than wearing a traditional bathing suit bottom that shows more than I am comfortable with. Why has it taken so long for someone to come up with this for women? thank you land's end.

needs drawstring
I am 5'10" with a long torso and healthy thighs. The inseam and rise and hip measurement seem to work for me. The fit could be improved (considering my proportionately smaller waist) with a drawstring. I personally am not enjoying the attached panty but I may get used to it. (never had a pair of shorts with an attached panty) I like the feel of the fabric and I love the blue color. I'm actually considering wearing these when I get back on my bicycle due to the stretchy fabric. I'm all about clothes that are multi functioning, so today I'm thinking no panty and yes drawstring and I'd buy more colors to wear biking and in the water.

Nice fabric, quick drying--legs are overly wide.
I really like the material and the length. I use these for an indoor aquafitness class. Indoor pool chemicals are very hard on swimsuit fabric, but this fabric holds up much better. I like the additional coverage for moving around in class. They dry fast too and are great for canoeing and wearing to an amusement park with water rides.
I am a bit frustrated with the extra roominess of the legs. They are really wide!

Love!!!
Love these swim shorts!!!! I'm 5' 11" and the regular shorts and swim skirts are way too short. Love that they are lined. And long enough to cover up junk no one wants to see. Keep making them, please! I have 2 pair.

Not a complementary fit
I found these board shorts to fit too low on the waist and they were too long, even though I am 5'11". They were not complementary at all. I sent them back.

The legs are too full.
The legs flared out quite a bit at the bottom, which is not attractive in the longer length. The shorts actually looked like a too- long swim skirt. I had expected straight legs, had to return the item.
