Love these boots! I bought these boots last year because I needed something with great tread and warmth. The first day I wore them they were extremely comfortable and felt like I had already broken them in. I am a tough person to fit since I typically wear a wide width, but these fit so well, despite what others have said about the narrow width. They are warm and wear well, too. I like them so much I am buying them for my daughter that I am sending off to a snowy Midwestern college. She will thank me later! March 24, 2013
Super boots! I usually wear between a 6.5 and 7 in Land's End footwear, so based on the advice I ordered a 7.5 in these boots and the fit was perfect. I just finished a weekend of winter camping with our Girl Guides unit, during which we were outside constantly snowshoeing, hiking and tobogganing, and my feet were pleasantly warm, dry and comfy the whole time. The boots were roomy enough for me to wear wool socks to keep my feet toasty. They are a great deal for the price! February 24, 2013
Perfect for walking in the winter snow I followed the suggestion of other reviewers and ordered a full size larger than my normal size. They fit perfect! I love the color and look forward to wearing them walking my dog in the snow and also for winter travel. January 8, 2013
These shoes fit great! I have a wide foot and wear a size 6. I cannot take these shoes off, they are the most comfortable shoes and very warm. I can wear a pair of wool socks or knee high and they are great. No need to break them in, they fit perfectly. I actually have 2 pairs. Black /grey and orange /tan colors. January 4, 2013
Take the Advice! I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered these shoes a FULL size up instead of a half size as the product description suggests. They fit perfectly! The length is great; there is plenty of room in the toe box. I lean towards needing a wide shoe and these are comfortable with a basic sock hence the lean towards wide fit. I have great trouble keeping my feet warm but can feel the heat retention in these boots. They are a little stiff but I suspect breaking them in will take care of that. I am pleased with the quality of these boots especially for the sale price. Order them a full size up and you will be happy! November 2, 2012
The boot fits me perfectly. The color looks a little less nice than the picture; perhaps, I picked the black and white combination. I read the reviews before I ordered, and this was the first time I placed an order without seeing and/ or touching the actual product. I called and asked the experts' opinion what size I should get; I normally wear 7-7.5 regular, she suggested size 8 and they fit me perfectly from toe to heel; even the arch. I guess this boot fits people who has 'curved" toes and slim feet; absolutely not fit wide feet. I will get another one whenever they go on sale next time. October 12, 2012
The sizing is ridiculous! no excuse! I have been a regular size 7 for 25 years. I ordered these a full size larger, per the advice of other reviewers, a size 8 which I have never owned in my life. still too small! my big toe was pushed up against the front end of the boot. I ordered an exchange for an 8.5 but that is the most ridiculous thing! what is wrong with LE? get it right! they also seem a bit poorly made with no arch support and so-so footbed. they are just to walk in and out of work in a Michigan winter full of salt and mud so I don't much care, not like I'm headed for Everest, but really, this is more hassle than it's worth. This boot is fabulous I have just purchased my second pair of these boots. The first pair that I purchased last fall, I wore almost everday of the winter. I live in Colorado and it provided warmth and dryness from the snow. It is a perfect, true size fit and feels like you are wearing a tennis shoe. I would buy another pair (3rd pair) if the colors were available that I liked. Please restock this boot for winter! I bought this pair on clearance, but the full price is very resonable for this fantastic boot. June 6, 2012
just what I needed These boots are just what I was looking for. They are indeed warm, light-weight, and waterproof (so far). They run big as far as I'm concerned. I ordered 1/2 size larger & they are roomy enough to accommodate a 2nd pair of socks. I agree that the boots are a bit flat inside (poor arch support). A better insole would be nice. Overall, very happy with purchase. February 12, 2012
Very small fit I ordered a 1/2 size up as recommended but had to return them and get a full size larger. I wish they had a 10 1/2 as that would allow me to wear a thicker sock. The 10 is still slightly small but fit better than the 9 1/2. I can wear a thinner sock and they will fit. I would recommend for someone with a foot smaller than a 9. January 21, 2012
