Design: Short and sweet in lightweight cotton poplin that we sueded to give it a subtle, more refined sheen. An elastic topped bodice and grosgrain ribbon cinched waist give it that flattering blouson effect and a full skirt (pockets included) give it that twirl-worthy appeal. Even better? We added a peek of polka dots at the under hem.
