This sandal is comfortable, stylish and fits well.
I ordered this sandal in black and found it fit well. I like the heel height - not too high but more pizazz than a flat sandal. I like the braided suede strap and found it comfortable. I was looking for a sandal just like this!

New favorite
I have this shoe in the green color, and I absolutely love it. It's narrower than a similar pair that I purchased from Lands End last year, but in my book that's a very good thing. The wedge is a perfect, comfortable height, they have decent arch support, and the leather ankle straps have never given me blisters. Seriously, these shoes are so comfortable that I can practically jog in them.
Lands End, PLEASE restock the Chestnut color! I'm stalking this page waiting for it to come back in stock in an 8.5. Seriously, please. I love my green pair - this shoe in a neutral color would be my absolute perfect summer shoe.

Not a comfortable shoe
I found the shoe on the narrow and small side: as well, it seemed rather rigid and one felt one was walking flat footed. I therefore returned them.

Just About Perfect!
I ordered 2 pairs of these in 11W for myself and a 9.5W and 9.5 regular width for my mother. I found the 11W to be absolutely perfect right out of the box. I wore each pair(for the first time) for a full day of teaching and being on my feet and had absolutely no complaints after my 10 hour work days. The braided strap is soft and comfy and has a nice suede lining. The supportive wedge soles and heels were a nice height(not too tall, not too flat)although, like all espadrilles they do create a bit of a slapping sound when you walk fast(that just let me know that it's summer and espadrille weather!). As a larger person with the feet to match it's nice to have a sandal that is definitely feminine and comfortable. My only complaint might be more due to my aging eyes and lack of flexibility;I did find it a little tedious to buckle the first pair when I first put them on. The strap is narrow, the holes are small, the lighting in my house is poor and I'm no longer agile enough to get my feet near enough the glasses on my face to see shoe details. I worked it out though and these are now my favorite summer shoes. I plan to order any other colors still left at the next sale. My mother found the wide to be a little "sloppy" on her foot and the regular width to be just a little tight but wearable(with hopes the braided strap with stretch a little).

Pretty shoe but didn't work for my foot
Slightly narrow at toe area, but I have a wide toe area and small, narrow heel. Strap in back was too high. I usually wear 9-9.5. Got a 9.5. Might work for someone with more balanced proportions but didn't work for me.

Nice, low heeled sandal
This is a nice classic sandal that I can wear for quite some time. I got the fushia color, maybe not as bright as it appears on line. I ordered a half size up and the fit is great! No trouble w/ the buckle like others stated. I ordered these when they were 40% off so for the sale price, I feel like they are a good buy. I like that the heel is lower, yet it is still a cute and stylish sandal.

Cute and not too high of a heel
I was thrilled to find this style in black because of the lower heel. I found the toe box area a little narrow and I don't have wide feet. Cute and a good value.

Cute shoe
I find that Lands End shoe run small. I am a size 10 in a sandal and had exchange them for a size 11. They fit much better. The heel height is just right! I bought them to wear with a bridal shower dress and they look very cute together. Hopefully they will be comfy to wear.

Like them despite the negatives
These sandals are cute and comfortable with a couple of negatives. They definitely run narrow. I've never needed to order wide before but I did with these. And i had to add a hole to the strap to make it fit. The only other negative is that there is a seam where the black fabric ends just past your toes which runs right along the ball of your foot. I wear these to work where I stand a lot and that seam really bothered me so I had to glue some moleskin in the footbed to cover it.

Great shoe!
Not too tall and not too flat! Just the right height to be comfortable but stylish. Love this shoe. I wear a7 to 7.5 and 7 fits just right. I would have bought in other colors but ran out of sizes quickly.
