Love this style
Thanks to the reviewers who noted that this shirt runs small in the bust, I ordered two sizes up and I love it. Instead of a 14, I got the 18 and the shirt looks amazing under a black blazer and the black ponte dress pants. I think the 16 would have been fine as well but I did not want any gaping at the button closures so I am satisfied with the shirt being a little loose at the waist. The white rounded collar sits just above my blazer's lapel and looks fantastic. The fabric is very stretchy and not really soft at all but the stretch allows me to wear this untucked or tucked in without any pulling or wrinkling. Love it with my suit. I would definitely recommend ordering a size up in order to avoid any pulling at the buttons. Excellent shirt for the price.

runs small in the bust...
i ordered a 10, which normally would give enough room for me, but when buttoned it gaps a lot, even w/stretch in the material...i will wear it unbuttoned w/a top underneath. otherwise, a very nice shirt.

So Pleased
I am 6'1 and about a 44F in the bust. I ordered a size 22W and it fits PERFECT. It has a slight stretch to it which is great the sleeves are long and it does have a silhouette shape to it. I would HIGHLY recommend this blouse for those of you who work in corporate america. It looks nice under suits as well as with pants etc. Please make more of these blouses

Rubbery material
This shirt is almost rubbery. The collar is rounded and there is a button at the back. It was longer, yes. But it felt hot... like my skin couldn't breathe through it. It's going back.

tailored and preppy
This shirt is very tailored. It looks sharp with the white collar and cuffs. Excellent with a sleek pair of pants and blazer for the office. I bought both the blue and red stripe. The blue looks great with sand color pants, the red with navy pants. The fit seems a bit smaller than other LE items I have purchased which ensures the tailored look. I am 32C normal size 4 or 6, this fits perfectly in 4P.
