Very poor quality
I really liked this sweater when I first got it - loved the red color and the style. Wore it several times on a trip so it needed to be washed when I got home. I hand washed it and was so disappointed. It's all pilled and looks really bad. I returned it to Lands End so they would know this sweater isn't up to the standards we should expect from Lands End.

"Pills on first wear"
Great color, I got the green, great fit, but after I wore it ONE time, didn't even wash it, it looked like a cheap sweater the had "pulls" or "pills" whatever you call them, little bumps of fabric all over the sweater.
It kind of looks like a cat has gotten to it with it's nails and snagged the fabric. Very disappointed in the quality of this sweater. Expensive for a one time wear item. Only one other reviewer mentioned the "pills" so I thought maybe it was the exception. I will believe the reviews in the future.

This sweater is timeless
I love this sweater. I love the color, I got many compliments on it. It fits great, very true to size. I honestly wish it came in more colors than just the red and green.

disappointed
The fit was boxy the bottom of the sweater looked misshaped. I was so disappointed it was sent back. Can't win them all usually happy with Land's End clothes.

Nice color & look but stretches out
When this sweater came I loved the color (parrot), and the look and feel. I am giving it a low rating only because after 4 wearings of normal use, the bottom of the sweater stretched out. I ordered the correct size, it didn't fit tight at the bottom, there was no pulling or tugging on the bottom while wearing, or taking it on or off. It hung well at first and yet just from wearing it 4 times of normal every day wear, the bottom has stretched out and hangs funny now - and this appears to be a permanent thing. Too bad, as the style and color are lovely.

Good sweater but disappointed wear
I really loved the shape and style of this sweater. It ran big as I usually take a medium and had to reorder a small. The small was great and I could even wear it with a oxford underneath. I was disappointed though because on the first wear, the sweater started to get "pills" . It then made the sweater look cheap, even though I typically think Lands End has great quality. I wish the sweater was made of just cotton.

A Keeper
Loved the material, not to thick it's hot but not so thin that you need an undershirt. Material is definitely soft! I think the slits on the side keep it from looking to boxy and adds a neat little touch most sweaters don't offer. Purchased in green. Unique color
