soft, superbly comfortable...
the waist is high, a 'mom pant' for sure ;~) so if that fit bothers u, pass it up...i do not care because they r so comfortable and will wear as pajama bottoms.

Lovely pants if only the stomach/waist wasn't so big!
I loved the colour and feel of these pants - they are incredibly comfortable but smart enough that they could be worn to work. Unfortunately the stomach/waist is HUGE - definitely don't need it to be stretchy. Given I bought the pants on sale I think i'll give washing them in hot water a go to see if they will shrink a little bit!

Great Sweats for a Great Price
I haven't washed these yet so I don't know if they will shrink too much for me to be able to wear them, but I love the weight and the fit. I use the Sport Knit pants as sweatpants, so I'm not looking for the quality I'd want in dress pants or even jeans, BUT, I found the material to be the perfect weight and of good quality and the fit to be just right for me. The elastic waist is a bit big on me, but I would not want it too tight. As long as this pair washes well, I'll buy a few more - my old LE Sport Knit pants now have holes in the knees because I've worn and abused them so much!!

OK, comfy pants
I ordered these in 10Tall and they're plenty long (I'm 6' tall) which is nice. The pants are a little full (almost balloon-y), so I almost didn't keep them. Then decided they'd be fine for around the house. The material is a little on the thin side, so I'm not sure these will hold up well. Might stretch out at knees, but that remains to be seen. All in all, these are fine, but nothing to rave about (IMO).

Pants fit well after washing in hot water
Just got these yesterday and was concerned as the fit was really too large and length way too long. For the sale price I decided that I could use them as PJ bottoms, if necessary. Threw them in the washer on hot and into a hot dryer. Now they fit perfectly in length and size. Color stayed true. I really like the comfort of the lightweight 100 percent cotton knit and will be using them around the house, working in the yard and for casual wear.

Great Pants But Will Not Wear Them - They Develop Baggy Knees Almost Immediately
I own several pairs of these pants (purchased myself/received as gifts). I love the colors, feel, and fit; however, I have stopped wearing them for anything other than working around the house and yard, because they develop baggy knees almost immediately. This is a huge disappointment, especially considering the cost of these pants. I have requested that my family no longer purchase these pants as presents for me, due to this problem.

If you measure size S but are 5 ' 8 " or over, you might consider the Tall model.
I measured myself to be a Small as far as these pants are concerned. I am 5 ' 8 " but my rise measurement didn't match that of the Small Tall model, probably because I have short legs for my height.
I got the pants and the regular size is too short in the rise on me. I'll probably return them. So if you measure like I do but are 5 ' 8 " and over, consider getting the Tall model in your size.

Cozy and Presentable
These are my after work and weekend comfort pants. I order down one size and go to the regular rather than the petite because the petite is too short after a few washes. I am glad Lands'end has continued to carry this item.

Love these pants
I've worn these pants for 20 years. My first pair wore out after 15 years. I have 5 or 6 and love them. They're durable, wash and wear and perfect for the Florida weather when it's cold here.

Fits Big in Stomach
I followed the size chart for these pants and ordered a medium (I am 5' 4" and weigh 135 pounds). My abdomen and hips are swimming in the gathers of these pants, although the thighs were okay. I'm exchanging them for a small, however I'm concerned that the thighs will be too small.
The fabric seems substantial. I haven't worn them yet so cannot speak to wrinkling.
