Attractive alternative to a polo shirt
I bought 3 three of these in different colors and after reading reviews about shrinkage, I was very careful to wash in cold water on a casual setting on my washer and then put them into the dryer on the lowest setting. Yes, it did shrink because of the material, but a Small on me was quite long so the shrinkage was fine for me. Still covers waist and falls to mid hip. The cuffed sleeve was fine on me as was the sizing. I also liked the open collar and at first thought it would be hot with something on my neck, but it feels cool and comfortable on. The material is quite lightweight and not sure if it will keep or loose it's shape so will be careful with washing. Cotton and rayon do shrink unless the material is preshrunk which is not stated anywhere. Wish clothes were made in the USA instead of all these foreign countries with minimal quality control. Whatever happened to the American seamstress?

Nice shirt, but I didn't care for the color
The fit, feel, and quality of this shirt was very good, but when they describe it as "vivid," they're not kidding. I received the light green (mint green) and the color was really saturated -- too much for my taste.

don't buy
I was excited about these shirts as the material would be cool for hot southern days, and I liked the little extra sleeve length. However, they were a little boxy and then shrunk in the wash and are now too short. I also agree about the cuff length..odd and awkward. They also stretched around the bottom and look like they should be worn only for washing the car. I am really disappointed as I loved the colors, material and style but after one wash..yuk!

needs tweeking
although I am a big fan of the longer sleeve it would be nice to have a slightly larger cuff. Also some polo shirts with elbow length sleeve in something other than pique.

Shrinks after Washing
I just washed this shirt and it's now much shorter than before. The fit was from the beginning not as roomy as other polos I've gotten from Lands End. If I had not done monograming, I would have returned the three colors of this shirt to the manufacturer.

Very Nice Top
The top is flattering and fits me perfectly. The fabric is soft, but a good weight for a top. The only negative is that the color (laurel blossom) is redder and brighter than my computer screen showed. Still, it is close enough to suit me. I ordered a second one, in blue, and like that one a lot, too..

It shrinks
I should have read the previous review about not putting it in the dryer. It was dried on low temp but still shrank up to just below my waist. What a waste! I really liked it before it shrank up in length but I'm not buying polos that have to be line dried!!

Love this shirt!
I bought this tee in the navy in the new size 0X! Love the fit and the sleeve length! Do NOT put this tee in the dryer or you will lose most of the length-I re-washed mine & hung it to dry to stretch it back into the original shape-it worked fine!
