I jumped for joy!
I can't tell you how happy I was when I tried this on. Ordered my normal top size and it fit like a regular top would. If you plan to swim in it like a rash guard should fit, then order a size down. I wanted to have a cover for to/fro the pool and this works great. I went back and ordered the other colors because this will probably sell out. This is a unique item; I've never seen a short sleeve zip rash guard anywhere.

Could be useful, but wasn't what I wanted
I was originally looking for a hoodie with built-in-SPF to wear as a cover up at the beach, pool, etc. and then I found this and thought it would work for me. It's not quite what I'm looking for so I'm returning it. However, if you did want more coverage in the water for exercise or fun, this would work great.
I am normally a large and ordered a medium based on other customer comments. The medium fit fine and snug, which would probably work best for swimming. I felt it was too snug, though, just as a cover-up.

This rash guard will work, but I'd prefer a slimmer fit and long sleeves.
I like the zipper and it seems like the cut is better than the regular rash guards. I am 5' 8" 145 lbs and ordered S long and XS. Meant to get XS in long and that would have been best tight fit for me. Not perfect tho bc they don't seem to be made to be tight. The S fits more like the photo but in the water i think it might get baggy. I will wear it to the beach and pool. Why not make this top with long sleeves? I want a rash guard to cover my arms not just the top.

I wish the rash guards lasted longer
The rash guards only last 3 months after once a week indoor water aerobics class. My Ocean aquashape swim suit is 18 months old and in good shape and costs the same as one rash guard! The blue color is very pretty. Definitely buy one size smaller than usual- runs big.

This rashguard is very versatile since it has a zipper and looks like a jacket. Can be worn open or closed.

Great top
This is my second zip up rash guard. I think it looks great and is easy to swim in. I found that it runs big, though, and I needed to go down a size.

perfect over swimsuit top
I just got back from Maui and this Lands End zip front Rash Guard got worn every single day- It fit
just right- was good for sailing, snorkeling, swimming- walking along the beach- The fit was perfect
-I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable
Great fit and I like that it has a zipper for easy on and off. Great protection against the sun, and it looks really cute with a skirt cover-up.

Love this rashguard jacket!
Love the color, love the fit, love the zipper, love the 3/4 sleeves, love the neck! What's not to love??? I use it as a coverup from sun or jellyfish when snorkeling, any time I'm in the water to keep from getting chilled, instead of a sweater or real jacket in the evening when it cools down, on a plane, ..... Can be balled up & thrown in a carryon and comes out looking great. I have all the colors and wish LandsEnd would come out with more!

Great design, comfort and versatility
The design of this rashguard is noteworthy, in that you can wear it as a top or a jacket over a bathing suit. The full length zipper makes it so versatile - it allows you to adjust your temperature comfort level; and the neckline is less constricting than most crew neck or quarter zip rashguards available today. The fabric is comfortable - stretchy and substantial enough that even the white is opaque enough not to be too see-through. The length of the sleeve is just long enough to keep you warm, but short enough that they don't get in the way of your water activities. First I bought the blue and I liked it so much that I bought the pink, and then of course, the white! I highly recommend this rashguard - it is one of the best I've seen anywhere and a good value at the price.
