When your dress pants arrive, make a point of feeling the fabric. They're woven from 90s merino wool yarns — silky, with great drape, yet robust enough for unusual durability. And tailored with a Ban-Rol® waistband, front linings to the knee (for comfort and durability), extra lining at the crotch and fly, side pockets (one with coin catch) and button through back pockets. They're the complete package. 100% wool. Dry clean. Imported.

Not tailored ... These pants are supposed to be tailored fit and that was the reason I bought them. However, they fit as loose as regular fit. In fact, I have other tailored fit pants from Lands End and these are bigger in the legs compared to those. I am going to have them altered to bring the legs in. I would recommend Lands End to be more precise about the description of their products given that most orders are made on line. This is now making me hesitant about ordering on line from Lands End. This pants is just the perfect fit. I bought this pants for my 17 yr old son, to match with his jacket. It matched perfectly and looked like a matching 2 piece suit. It looked very sharp and formal. I recommend this product. April 14, 2013

Comfortable trousers My Year'rounder wool trousers fit very comfortably right out of the package, and are nicely tailored. Although they are of fairly light weight for winter, that won't matter. I don't expect to go out in gale force winds at 0? F, let alone walk any distance in those conditions. December 23, 2012
