Men's Buttondown Supima Hyde Park Oxford Dress Shirt
Still the Champion
I've been wearing LE Hyde Park dress shirts for nearly 25 years and they are still the best value shirt you can buy. Although not as beefy as the originals, they still are more durable, good looking and made of higher quality materials than most shirts on the market, certainly at this price point. The heavy-duty cotton holds up after a long day of working and commuting, no matter what season. The standard blue, white, pink and blue/white stripe are classics and will always be part of my wardrobe. Just an all-around great dress shirt.

My Favorite Dress Shirt
I've been wearing these shirts for about 25 years. I love the comfort, the weight, and the fit. Very good quality for the price.

Just got it..
and so far so good. Fits and feels like the true old school oxford that I had in college. Another order will be in place soon.

Great shirt for the money
I applaud Lands End for continuing to sell a high quality (must iron) oxford cloth dress shirt, which are getting harder to find these days. The Supima cotton cloth feels great and the shirt holds up to a full day's wear without looking rumpled. My one beef is that the collar points are a wee bit short, such that they look a little silly when worn with a tie that's not hipster skinny. Please give us another 1/4-1/2 inch on the collar points Lands End. That would make the shirt perfect in my book.

I have purchased shirts from other stores and found them not to be as good as the shirts that I recently bought at Land's End for every day wear. The only problem that I have encountered is the size which does not allow me to wear a tie with the shirt as the buttons are to tight at the top or they will not even button up because of the shortness in the length around the neck area. I am going to make it up with one size larger and see if the shirts fit a little bit more comfortably for me. When they are on sale they are the absolute best price for me to purchase when I need a new shirt. Thank you Land's End for good quality shirts at a fair price.

Lost it's heft.
This is not the Land's End Hyde Park Oxford of years past. It lacks the heft and feel of a heavy cotton shirt. Your undershirt shows through. It's also a bit shiny.

Not what it was.
The reviews on this shirt are somewhat contradictory, but here's the deal: This Hyde Park Oxford is *not* the same thick, sturdy shirt it was for many years. I've purchased these since the '90s, and the "supima" fabric of the last couple of years is significantly thinner than the old Hyde Parks. They don't hold starching as well, and don't last as long.
Problem is, I haven't found anywhere else with a thick, sturdy Oxford near this price point. This is not a bad shirt, but if you're looking for a thick old-fashioned cotton dress shirt, it's not that anymore.

Not worth it any more
I used to live by these shirts for dress at work BUT they are now half the weight and heft of the old shirts in this line - pretty wimpy cloth!

Disappointing. Not the same quality as it used to be.
While I've been a big fan of Landsend dress shirts for over 20 years, I was disappointed by the apparent lessening of the fabric quality found in my recent purchase of Hyde Park oxfords. The fabric lacks the heft that in the past gave it durability and shape. The fabric seems more like common oxford cloth. My old Hyde Parks remain in my wardrobe for years - aging gracefully with comfort. The cut and locker-loop on my new shirts are still as good as ever. Just seems the overall quality of the fabric is very thin and limp relative to previous Hyde Parks.
