Admitedly expensive, but cute :)
I got the deer one for my 3 y o son, I think it is very cute, not too literal. It covers ears and the back of his neck nicely. It is a bit large for my son, still, it did not slide down to his eyes (what I'd thought it would do), and I expect it will last us for years.

Cute but too expensive, even with coupon discount. I bought the zebra hat so my visiting grandchildren could dress in a zebra theme for family photos.
It was definitely a hand-knit quality item. I might have not returned this hat if it arrived in a timely manner. I was concerned a few days before my grandkids were to arrive so I bought 4 less expensive hats at a discount store for the price of the one Lands' End hat. It is very cute, but too much for a child that will only wear it for a short time.

Absolutely Adorable!!!
I agree that this hat is adorable!! I got it for my 8 year old daughter and she loves it and thanks to the odd weather patterns here in the northeast, she has worn it several times! Mine had no odor at all. I want to order a different one for my son!

ADORABLE Hat...fit is far too small! Very strong chemical smell!
Although this hat is BIG on the CUTE factor and style....it sadly comes up quite small and tight. Our girl chose the Zebra and it is truly ADORABLE!! Beautifully crafted and quality design..however..it is a very snug fit on our petite 7 year old. Also, has a very STRONG chemical smell ..that although we have left out of packaging to air out doesn't seem to have faded much yet. Not sure if we will keep or not..as truly LOVE it...but am concerned about fit and odour. We were actually hoping to return for a second style in the Sock Monkey...but are undecided due to fit and chemicals.
