Shipping & Handling Charges

Delivery cost is based on the amount you order. The charges shown above are for each "ship-to" address. "Value of Order" includes the total price of the items, taxes and duty where applicable, plus any service charges, such as monogramming or gift boxing.

Duties and Taxes

To make things as simple as possible for you, we'll handle importing requirements. We'll bill you for the duty and applicable HST (13%, for New Brunswick, Newfoundland/Labrador and Nova Scotia; 5% GST and 8% PST in Ontario; and 5% GST in all other Provinces and Territories), GST (all other provinces) and PST due on your order. By placing your order, you authorize Lands' End Canvas to appoint a Canadian customs broker to obtain customs clearance for your merchandise and remit applicable duty and taxes on your behalf to Revenue Canada.

Reclaiming duty and taxes on returned items

By returning merchandise to our Canadian address,

you authorize the Canadian customs broker to submit a claim for duty and taxes to Revenue Canada on your behalf and to receive, endorse and deposit all such refunds. Lands' End Canvas will refund the purchase price, duty and taxes directly to you.

Which items are subject to duty?

Lands' End Canvas items that are manufactured in the US or Canada are not assessed duty. Items that are imported or made in any other country will be assessed duty based on the country of origin. To determine whether duty will be assessed, refer to the item's product description, which will include origin of manufacture.
