Returning Items From Canada

Examine your 3-section packing slip.

• Keep the Order summary for your records.
• Send the Return Form along with your returned items.
• Use the Return Label on the outside of your parcel.

If you return a gift you received, please tell us the name and address of the person who gave it to you. (Providing this information will help us keep your return confidential.)

To reorder:

• Call us at 1-877-877-1963, or
• Complete the packing slip reorder section and fax it to us at 1-800-332-0103, or
• Send the packing slip reorder section back with the return.

For a refund:

We’ll issue a credit (including taxes & duties) in the original form of payment.
    
If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the payment was made with points or vouchers from a rewards program, or if the order was a gift, you’ll be issued a Lands’ End gift card instead.

Return your parcel to us via Canada Post or UPS.

In returning merchandise to our Canadian address you authorize the Canadian customs broker to submit a claim for duty and taxes to Revenue Canada on your behalf and to receive, endorse and deposit all such refunds. Lands' End Canvas will refund the purchase price, duties and taxes directly to you.
